Guava Brava Pepper Jelly Rum Cocktail

You will need:

2 tablespoons Jenkins Jellies Guava Brava Pepper Jelly

Juice of ½ lemon

2 shots (about 3 oz) white rum

Fresh berries, for garnish

Ice


What to do:

In a small 8-ounce mason jar (or cocktail shaker), combine:

Guava Brava Pepper Jelly

Fresh lemon juice

White rum

Shake very, VERY well until the jelly dissolves completely.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Garnish with fresh berries and serve immediately

 

Options: 

  • Add a splash of sparkling water for a lighter spritz version

  • Muddle mint for a mojito-style twist

  • Use crushed ice for a tiki vibe

  • Add a thin jalapeño slice for more heat
